Don't forget that this is news, so it's okay to put:
From at the start of a line here :-)

Note that it's "From " not "From: " (look in a mailbox file for proof). 
Also, note that when KA9Q receives mail containing "From " at the start 
of a line (case sensitive) it prepends a ">" to that line so that there 
is no confusion. So if I were to mail this to you, you'd see the second 
line of my first paragraph begin ">From " instead of "From ". [*]

Since it doesn't change ">From " to ">>From " this is not reversible, so 
not only will you have >From in your mailbox, but pc-elm/snews will 
display it as >From as well.

[*] It may be that KA9Q looks for a blank line prior to the "From ", I 
can't remember, so my first paragraph may get through okay anyway.
