I have been repeatedly trying to go to 'ftp.demon.co.uk' (to look at 
mail software) but all I get is:-
	Netscape's network connection was refused by the server:
	ftp.demon.co.uk
	The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy.
	Try connecting again later.
Is this because of a basic configuration error or is ftp.demon really so 
busy?
