I have been using the Demon DFax service for some time with only a few hiccups. Up to now I have used Netscape communicator, viewed the attachments as links and then saved them out as TIFFs which can be opened with Graphic Converter. For a variety of reasons I wanted to do the same with Outlook Express but with no luck. I can download the files with no problem but cannot open them. I have tried changing the helper configurations including binary vs text". In each case although I can save an appropriately sized and named file to the desktop with the CG icon, Graphic Converter claims it cannot be opened. What gives? Any help gratefully received, Please reply direct by email if possible as I do not always get to read this ng.
