Need Mac TCP/IP stack + VT220

Being a PC bloke, I'm a complete Macintosh newbie....

I need (for work) a TCP/IP stack, with telnet, ftp, etc. that can do the
following:

- telnet with colour VT220 emulation (plus VT100/320/etc. would be nice)
- Programmable function keys (so I can define F1-F10 keys)
- 132 column by 43 line display (automatically, on receiving a display
  code from the host system)
- must have an ftp server that can run in background (whilst doing telnet
  for example).
- must have some way of receiving print jobs from a remote system (on our
PCs at work, we either have an lpd server running in b/g, or the host
system FTPs the file directly to the PC's LPT1 printer port).
- all the usual tcp/ip stuff (ping, finger, etc.)

I NEED all the above in one package, plus the usual tcp/ip stuff. I don't
care if its cheap, expensive, free, shareware, whatever. It's not my
money! Quick and easy to install would also be nice...

Thanks in advance,
