which inkjets are mac compatible?

I am looking to buy a new inkjet for home use, fairly heavy WP use but also need
reasonable colour quality.

Any info would be most appreciated. At present I have an Epson colour 600, with
a clogged up print head, and cost of repair is so high that I might as well buy
a new one.
