Where abouts on the Diamond Web site do you get this from? I've
looked, but nothing jumps out and says "this is what your're looking
for, download me!" (metaphorically speaking!) I have a Supra Express
28.8i, and am suffering from the same problems. The modem works OK for
other services (like Compu$erve), it's just that Demon doesn't seem to
like negotiating protocols (the modem quite often comes back with
PROTOCOL: NONE
and then drops the connection).

Please help me, and (I suspect), many other Supra users.
