Why does my phone not ring for in coming calls?
It is connected to my modem and works fine, dialling out etc. But when
my downstairs phone rings, the one connected to my PC doesn't.
I had an old beat-up phone connected previously and it didn't ring, so i 
blamed it for the problem. But the phone i have connected now worked
fine downstairs and the ringer DOES work.
Anybody any ideas on wiring etc....my modem uses US style plugs (RJ11?)
I have a Harmony 28800 internal modem in my PC.I am running Windows95.
