This reply should really go under the heading of 

'Bad service from suppliers'

I had nightmares with Admincure last summer and after 8 months I finally
got a refund in Feb this year. :-( Fortunately I paid with a credit card
and they refunded me in the end. :-)

In answer to your Q - I don't know

What I rewally mean is - I hope not!!
