My reputation as a computer expert is on the line - two families of my
acquaintance have got problems with their pentium PCs. Both problems
involve Paint in Win95. Please heeeeeelp!

1.Escom PC - when they select Paint, it brings up Notepad.

2.Viglen PC - the colour palette has disappeared and cannot be brought
back by the appropriate View menu option.
