Greetings (newbie alert) First off, I want to connect two PC's at home, one upstairs and one down. It seems like a good idea to be able to talk to the wife rather than her shouting upstairs all the time :-} ;-}. I have upstairs 486/66 - 8 M - Windows 95 - printer - plus all my comms gear. and downstairs 386/33 - 8 M - Windows 3.11 I want to be able to print from downstairs! I have two 3Com Etherlink II cards, (already installed in the w3.11 machine) I have the cable and the 50ohm dummy loads. If I fit the second card in the w95 computer what do I need to do to set up? Will I need server software or is it built in etc? In fact anything you think I should know about the possible setups, if I do need server software is there any cheap availble or even shareware I think I just need Peer-to-Peer access and not dedicated server. Just a little nervous before I start :-} Please eMail on the subject, no public flogging (Please). -- Kevin J Prince Kevin@princ7.demon.co.uk Scarborough North Yorkshire :-)
