From memory I seem to recall that this is a hard disk controller error.
I remember having a problem with this everytime I moved the pc about.

Try openning the case - locating the flat ribbon cable that connects the 
HDD unit to the motherboard (I think thats how it goes) and wiggle it 
about to ensure that the connection is good.  Then power on.

Other than that - no can help!  Maybe someone else can
