I have bought half a dozen of these processors to upgrade
some of the PC's here at work. I am however finding that
some of the existing motherboards although stating
support for the Cyrix M7 chip don't quite like these
processors. I have one motherboard which will only run the
processor at DX2-66 ( clock doubled 33 ) and one which runs
but falls over falls over occasionally. All have been
fitted with fans and heatsinks and all motherboards have
been jumpered for 5v and M7's. Anyone know of any funnies
with these beasts ?
