While we're on the subject of D/FW's best [your favorite food here].... I have been seeking the best chicken-fried steak in Dallas/Fort Worth for quite a while (since I moved here two years ago). Any nominations? BTW, unlike ribeyes and T-bones, value is a prime consideration for a chicken-fried steak. This is an entirely different genre. Ideal atmosphere may well be the worst dive in town.
