Outback is good in its class...Black Angus, Hungry Hunter, etc. Comparing it to Ruth Chris' or say Harris', however, is ridiculous. Also, they're about 2 times more, not 4 times more,. The food, not to mention the total dining experience, is certainly 2 times better. I won't eat *at* Outback. The noise from the raucous "belly up to the trough" crowd and screamin' rug rats somehow bothers me more now than in my days of yore. Also, Outback has extremely long waits even with their "call ahead" seating. They can kiss my ass, if they think their food is worth that kind of bullshit. On the way home during the week, however, their take-out option has some appeal. I'll give them a buzz, tell them with what I'm paying and the car I'm driving. Upon my arrival they bring the food out to me. Then away I go to plop down in front of my TV for a relaxing dinner. That's about all Outback is good for once in awhile. Ciccio
