I'm much more inclined to listen or take advice from someone who is calm and 
lucid than from someone raving obscenities or who thinks that the 
aggravation over a $1.87 bill can compare with the incalculable loss of a 
child to an illness. If it comes down to a choice between taking crap from 
Comcast on a daily basis or having my child live again, I'd gladly take crap 
from Comcast.
