Please dont pander to me, this is insulting now. You are changing your
story as this is a public relations disaster for Flashnet. The fact of
the matter remains that I was told the link was illegal. I wrote two
emails on Dec 2 and Dec 3 which clearly state my issues. If I did not
violate Flashnet's terms then why was any statement made to me? If you
web assistants had comments why didnt they contact me directly? Why is
the person in Customer Service interested in drugs and porno links on
Flashnet? Why was the site considered in poor taste and now in
appropriate taste?

I do not care about the contest, future contests, or site of the year. I
am embarrassed and humilitated for all the people on #politics who have
contributed to this site and the channel. I support the First Amendment
and our right to discuss and share information whether I agree or
disagree with it. Once again I find it very curious that in Flashnet's
TERMS, Flashnet will determine what is illegal? How is this process
accomplished? What is the criteria? Where is it posted for review? As a
private business you have every right to determine what is on your
servers but as a consumer I have rights to know and read your rules so I
can make an informed decision on purchasing your services.

I believe there is censorship at Flashnet and consumers beware, especially
in view of this incident!
