I am neither pandering to you nor changing my story. Obviously, I didn't take part in the phone call so I cannot say with certainty what took place. I am trying to get all the facts while assuring you that the situation is being looked into. For the third time, when the judging takes place, if there are pages which are equally qualified, other criteria will be considered as a tie breaker. The link didn't become more or less tasteful, your competition changed. That's all. Also to repeat myself once again, we are a private enterprise, and as such reserve the right to say what will or won't be permitted to reside on our property. And as I've said, your site is in no way in violation of any FN guideline nor is it illegal. After the initial post on this topic from your friend, which was so fantastically unfactual, I attempted to set the record straight and have continued to reply in a timely and honest fashion to your complaints. However, there will be no further responses from me on this subject until such a time as we have had a chance to fully investigate the matter.
