There is nothing to prevent criticism of such remarks. There is nothing to prevent a schoolboard from firing such a `teacher' if they are unhappy with his/her work. There is nothing to prevent a community from demanding action be taken. You are no where given freedom from criticism. Along with `freedom' of speech goes responsibility for what is said.
