After all, the 8 jurors who caused a mistrial here ignored it.

All medical evidence clearly indicated that this 16 month old WHITE baby
girl was murdered by the big, <tough> NIGGER football player *boyfriend*,
yet the jury ruled 8 to 4 against conviction and deadlocked.

Anyone care to guess what anthropoid racial group the 8 jurors were from
that voted against conviction? ;-)

No real need to wonder, really.

Just when you thought that the O.J. trial was unbelievable, here is an
even more incredible case of NIGGER style *justice*.

The big, <tough> NIGGER cried like a little baby when he thought about
spending the rest of his life in prison, for murder.

Thankfully, the mistrial means that a new trial will be held to let him
have exactly what he deserves.

FORT WORTH, Texas -- A 22-year-old Texas Christian University football 
player is being held at the Tarrant County jail in connection with the 
death of his girlfriend's baby. He could face capital murder charges.

Police said Frank Mongomery of Benbrook was babysitting his girlfriend's 
daughter, 16-month-old Savannah Koiner, at their Benbrook apartment on July 
2nd.

FORT WORTH, Texas -- The Tarrant County Medical Examiner is expected to 
testify in the capital murder trial of a former Texas Christian University 
student athlete.

Frank Montgomery Jr., 23, broke into tears during testimony Wednesday from 
three Fort Worth detectives.

Montgomery is accused in the 2002 death of a Benbrook toddler. 
Investigators say 2-year-old Savannah Koiner died from a blow to the head 
in June 2002 while Montgomery was baby-sitting her at the couple's Benbrook 
apartment.

Benbrook police detectives testified that Montgomery changed his story too 
many times. Montgomery became emotional while listening to one of his 
written statements given to police after Savannah's death.
