those ever so *fine* {--Caucasian Challenged--} pedestrians.

Plano is hot.

At least according to Money magazine, in its annual list of the country's 
hottest towns. The six cities at the top of the list are places where 
people are moving and real estate is booming, the magazine says. They're 
also close to big-city culture and recreation.

To get a handle on how cities made the list, think about places where 
things are above average: population growth, incomes and home prices, 
according to the magazine.
