Correct.

Margaret Sanger, an early advocate of birth control, was quite clear 
about the aims - to slow the proliferation of Negroes. Abortion is just 
an extension of that mindset. And quite successful, as Abortion has 
killed more blacks than war, disease and accidental death combined.

American Progressives, the grandaddy of today's liberal, were quite fond 
of eugenics.
