Mike you are correct, *invented* was a very bad choice of words.  I should
have said *offers*.  I will also agree with you on the gready part, as I
think ISDN would boom if they just gave the average joe computer user a 
reasonable price on ISDN service.  I am using ISDN currently at home, and 
it was cheeper to use a Business line, then it would have been to get
Residential service which is crazy!
