I have been with ARInternet for a year now using a 28.8. 95% of the time I
hook up at 26400 without problems. I'm calling from Rockville and they are
in Landover. I am extremely happy with their level of supprt and
expertise. Anytime I have had the slightest problem, they have bent over
backwards to investigate and expedite it.

I used to be a digex customer, and they always had that same obnoxious
attitude towards their customers. Once I called and complained that their
lines were always busy. The tech person told me, "I call several times a
day and the lines are never busy." Since I had a second telephone line, I
called the digex dial-up number over the speaker phone and let him listen
to their busy signal. He was speechless.

Wheather it was their problem or not, digex could have addressed the matter
in a much more friendly matter.

Seeing posts like this makes me glad I left digex.
