I am looking for the source or a patch for the program KEYB.COM.

My prolblem is: I am using a German keyboard and have "KEYB GR+" set in
my autoexec.bat. With this, my capslock behaves like a typewriter
capslock.
	1. capslock locks; shift unlocks
	2. when locked, ALL keys act as if shift is pressed. ( key '1'
	   returns '!', key '2' returns '"', etc.)

I want to keep my German keyboard layout but use the shift and capslock
keys as if it is an USA-keyboard.
	1. capslock locks; capslock unlocks
	2. when locked, key 'a' - 'z' returns 'A' - 'Z', ALL other keys
	   behave as if pressed without shift.

Where can I get the source of KEYB so that I can change this? I am
using DR-DOS 3.41.
