Subject: popnet updated

The popnet code has been updated to match NOS 0524. That fixes the time
bugs. None of the pop2 specific files was touched in the 0524 release,
so the pop0423.zip files can still be used to upgrade src0524.zip to
have the pop2 client/server code. Repeated tests using pcelm2.1 and a
pair of PCs to exercise the SMTP and POP code leads me to believe that
the SMTP server is smashing location 0 (at least that is the message
from NOS). The machine doesn't crash, but it certainly doesn't increase
one's confidence. Is anybody else doing maintenance and bug fixes on
smtpd?
