Subject: Turbo C++ v1.0 and NOS!

Has anyone had any luck compiling the latest NOSes under TURBO C++ (in non ++
mode)? It's a good deal pickier, in particular, it doesn't like to have a
function using a structure pointer as a parameter to be declared in an include
file before the structure is defined. The error occurs not then, but at the
first use of the function. C barfs out a function re-declaration error.
I was able to re-arrange a few things to get some of the errors fixed, but
the AX25 .h files are so conviluded (if I could spell, I'd have a better job!)
that I can't move anything without making something else mad.

The error doesn't really seem that unreasonable, except that it used to work!

Any ideas?
Jim

Subject: Shelling out to DOS bug?

With 0524, I have noticed something. After running for a while ( > 12 hours)
when I shell out to COMMAND.COM, I get an error station that there isn't
enough memory and the box locks up. It works fine after it is rebooted. I
will try to pin it down further. Just thought y'all would like to know.
