Tienes LinuxThreads, con un interfaz documentado en man:

No necesitas nada especial, tal vez la libc6 (glibc), pero hace mucho que
todas las distribuciones dejaron atr�s la libc5...
Yo la uso en una Hamm con n�cleo 2.0.34 sin m�s problemas.
