「でゅ」の入れ方

猿丸です。

昔から疑問に思っていたのですが、「たまご」を使っているときに「でゅ」
といれたい場合にはどうすればいいのでしょうか？

dexyu と1文字ずついれれば入りますが、デュアル文庫とか、デュプレ
クサとか入れるときに、不便でしょうがありません。

とりあえず
(its-defrule   "dyu"  "でゅ")
と定義し直して簡単に出るようにしましたが、なんだか納得がいきませ
ん。

どうして「でゅ」はたまごではこんなに不当な(?)扱いを受けているの
でしょうか。デフォルトで dyu で変換される「ぢゅ」よりよほど使う
ことが多いと思うのですが。

mule 2.3 (Emacs 19.34) を使っていますが、Emacs 20.7 用の egg で
も hira.el を見た限りでは同じような感じです。
