I guess ... but I guess it also depends if you want to fight for
justice or just get a credit card.

That's the kind of case I was talking about. When I was just out of
the air force as an enlisted man, didn't have any money, and didn't
have a job I was still able to get a credit card. 

No matter how solid the situation looks from a distance, IMHO
there are also loopholes and other oddities that appear if you
look close enough.

Hmmmm, when I hear people complain I think they are lazy. It's a lot
easier to complain than do what it take to get what you want.
