Board members, my fine right wing religious fiend, have votes. How they
vote determines the course of a company. Votes are apportioned according to
how many shares a person owns.
Board members are given shares and some compensation to become board
members.
How much a role in the daily running of a company of a board member is up to
the votes of the board of directors, not of the CEO, the CIO, the CFO or any
or "O".
Just becuase you watch a lot of Titan and other Aaron Spelling finacial
shows doesn't mean every CEO or president of a company runs his company like
a personal fiefdom, cracking the whip, getting blow jobs, selling access and
renting out the company quarters to believers. On the other hand, lets not
talk about Clinton any more, shall we?
