Under the ORIGINAL Charter set for free.* heirarchy by Palmer,
There are no rules.

Now rules are being created in nana.usent without discussion in the proper
forum - i.e. here,

Primary concern is that there will be no cancels - but that is a rule.
Second concern is that there are No rmgroups - but that is a rule.

A revised Charter was presented by one Tim Skirvin, but he neglected to honor
the original creation, intent and charters of free.*

In good Usenet tradition this is not correct - there should be discussion
here.

FWIW - the Charter for free.hipcrime.whack is modified as follows:

There are NO rules. Anything goes. Period. Sice there are no rules - there can
be no rules.
