Hello :-)

I'm looking to buy a house (first time!) within the next year and
need some tips and recommendations. I'll be looking for a single
family unit on the north side of Atlanta, maybe in the Duluth or
Marietta area, though I'm relatively flexible on location.

I'd be especially keen for recommendations on realtors and inspectors.
I'd also appreciate if anybody could relate their experiences with
various mortgage lenders.

Also if anybody has any general tips they care to share about buying
a home for the first time.

Thanks!
