Hello!  I am currently looking to have someone take over my current lease.  
I'll give just about all the pertinent info below (except for address - that's 
only for folks that are actually interested! :> ):

Brick/masonry end unit condo in small 12 unit complex
located within spitting distance of the corner of
Roswell Road and Northridge Drive (close to Northridge exit
on GA400).  Good location to just about anywhere and very good
"back" roads to get around that damn GA400 traffic.

2 story/plush carpet everywhere but tile in kitchen and baths
2 bedroom/2.5 baths
many closets (at least in the master bathroom)
garden tub w/ jacuzzi
huge living room area
fridge/dishwasher/ceiling fans/gas fireplace

Current rent is $925 a month.
