In case you missed the news -- which is not difficult to do, since
there seems to be an almost intentional lack of publicity -- there is
a referendum next Tuesday (March 18) to approve sales tax hikes in
about 18 counties in Georgia. Some of these counties already voted on
sales taxes just last November!

It's time to send the message to your local government that you will
not tolerate anymore grabs at your wallet. VOTE NO TO ANY TAX HIKE
OFFERED.

Your county will try to justify this increase in taxes by claiming
it's "for the children" -- a common ploy to immediately shut down
debate on the assumption that nobody can be "against children". The
truth is that the government has more than enough money for any
proposed school enhancements ... They're just wasting it elsewhere.
And, of course, the standard government operating procedure is NOT to
clean up the waste, but rather simply to demand MORE OF YOUR MONEY!

Don't fall for the lies anymore. Follow the call of George Bush:
READ OUR LIPS ... NO NEW TAXES!
