Emacs 18.59 doesn't quite compile as-is on an IBM RT running AOS (4.3
BSD) using gcc 2.3.1: m-ibmrt.h unconditionally defines alloca=_Alloca,
but this is wrong if gcc is being used. Here is a small patch that makes the
define conditional.

* m-ibmrt.h (C_SWITCH_MACHINE) [!__GNUC__]: Make the -Dalloca
conditional; we don't need it for gcc.

/* Special switches to give the C compiler. */
+ #ifndef __GNUC__
#define C_SWITCH_MACHINE -Dalloca=_Alloca
+ #endif
/* Don't attempt to relabel some of the data as text when dumping.
It does not work because their virtual addresses are not consecutive.
