emacs 'next-error' and InterViews

Hi

I'm using InterViews and have a problem with the next-error function.
In InterViews at the beginning of the make there is a cd SUN4 executed
and during the compile all files are accessed via ../filename.c
When errors occur (and they do regularly :-) ) and I use C-x ` to go
to the errors, emacs searches for the file ../filename.c starting in
the actual directory and so he doesn't find it :-(

Is there a Elisp program that solves this problem (I know next to
nothing about Elisp :-( )

Thanks
		Dirk
