I recently purchased the Emacs for VMS tape from the FSF and after loading
it I noticed that DIRED mode didn't work.

I've tracked it down to the run-dcl-command routine in the VMSFNCS.C file. 
Can someone email me the source code for the run-dcl-command command (or
let me know where I can find it).  

(I'm not interested in downloading a new version of Emacs, just updating as
little as possible to get the necessary capabilities).
