The GCC manual in 2.2.2 says as part of the title page:
Permission is granted to copy and distribute modified versions of this
manual under the conditions for verbatim copying, provided also that the
sections entitled ``GNU General Public License'' and ``Boycott'' are
The printed section name is
Protect Your Freedom---Fight ``Look And Feel''
not `Boycott' (that's the node name), so perhaps the permission notice
should be amended.
