The documentation mentions a -fpcc-struct-value flag, but there
doesn't appear to be any such thing.

% egrep -n pcc-struct-value *.texi
gcc.texi:1074:can use the option @samp{-fpcc-struct-value} when compiling with GNU CC.
tm.texi:2363:it if @samp{-fpcc-struct-value} is specified.
