Can't find iostream.h under Gcc 2.2.2, please help

I just installed Gcc 2.2.2 and cannot find the iostream.h file to compile
c++ programs.  Is this file missing?  Do I have a bad distribution?  I can't
get any of the cout & cin constructs to work.
