I am having problems installing GCC after sucessful completion of the stage 3 compiler. Machine type: at486/33 O/S: Esix 4.04 Configure option: i386-*-sysv4 I made it through to stage3 without incident. I issued the command make CC=stage2/gcc install I get the following error message: stage2/gcc -c -g -I. -I/usr/work/gcc-2.1 -I/usr/work/gcc-2.1/config toplev.c *** Error code 1 (bu21) stage2/gcc: installation problem, cannot exec cpp: No such file or directory make: fatal error. All the files seem to be in the right places. Any suggestions??
