I seem to be having problems getting gdb to load large C++ programs
when it is running on an rs6000.  Works for small C++ programs and
for large C programs (i.e. gdb)

When loading a large C++ program I get the following errors:

gdb test
GDB is free software and you are welcome to distribute copies of it
 under certain conditions; type "show copying" to see the conditions.
There is absolutely no warranty for GDB; type "show warranty" for details.
GDB 4.6, Copyright 1992 Free Software Foundation, Inc...GDB Error: `.bf' not 
found.

gdb: aix internal: Mismatch C_BINCL/C_EINCL pair found.

If I try running gdb under itself and then loading the same program, this
happens:

rankin:/usr27/fem/mbeall/fesm/fesm.3 gdb gdb

I'm sorry, Dave, I can't do that.  Symbol format `aixcoff-rs6000' unknown.

(gdb) bt
No stack.
(gdb) quit

gdb was configured with: configure rs6000

Any help would be appreciated.
