I have to print a strange ps-file, it comes from an IBM VM system (much of the file is in EBCDIC!) and it needs huge printer resources to print - Ghostscript have no problems though. The ps2image.ps file might do the trick if I could figure out how to use it - how can I convert a range of pages from the manual to ps-bitimages? These would probably print, if slowly. How can I set the resolution to 300dpi, to match the printer? So far the main effect of ps2image is to scroll rapidly through the file, without any file output.
