I have just compiled and installed the 2.4.1 version of ghostscript.
I am using hp9000s700 with HPUX 8.05. It compiled all right but it
seems that gs is unable to display .ps files when using a grayscale
monitor. With B/W xterminals it is all right (model 700RX), but when
I use the grayscale console of my Apollo hp720 all I see is a black
image since it is using a black foreground upon a black background.
Any hint? I would like to force it using two colors or something.
Images like escher.ps and golfer.ps are nicely displayed with neat
gray-colors but it fails displaying chess.ps or any B/W text.
Many thanks in advance.
