Two questions:

1. GS 2.4 seems to displace output a little -- it's not a problem, but
	I have to insert a 0 50 translate line to make it come out right.
	Why does this happen?
2. I have a 386 and a HP Laserjet III. When Ghostscript is drawing
	on the screen it's fast, but when I redirect output to the 
	printer, it takes 2-3 minutes per page. Is this normal?
