I am using:

	tarheel# gs

I want to add 154 more fonts to the 68 that were distributed with
GhostScript. After I add the fonts to the fonts directory and mention
them in Fontmap, I generate a bit of PostScript to test things with:

	tarheel# enscript -p - -fTimes-Roman24 /etc/printcap > /tmp/f
enscript: 2 lines were wrapped because of length.
	[ 5 pages * 1 copy ] left in -

Then I bring up the previewer:

	tarheel# ghostview /tmp/f

and get the following error, before any of my document is visible:

	Error: /dictfull in --put--
	Operand stack:
	    1 200 /Courier-Bold 0 480 /Times-Roman /Times-Roman -dicttype- -marktype- -dicttype- /Frutiger-UltraBlack (Frutiger-UltraBlack)
	Execution stack:
operator_5ce8 --nostringval-- --nostringval-- false --nostringval-- --nostringval-- 1 --nostringval-- operator_b9dc --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- false --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval--
	Dictionary stack:
	    337/401 6/200 17/50 1/2

What dictionary is filling up? Where do I increase its size? I tried
some things in gs_*ps but I wasn't successful.
