Ghostscript 2.4 seems to have problems drawing simple lines like those part
of a box outline that surrounding a table, or a boarder around the outside of
a page. Ghostscript 2.3, on the other hand, correctly draws such boxes.

Is this problem a bug? a feature? Does anyone have a fix?
