In what file can we find the format in which grefer prints out a bibliography entry, and, more to the point, how can we modify the format of the output? I.e., is there an option we can give so that the format will be found in a file we name? And, where can we find instructions on how to build that file? We have pored over the man page for grefer, to no avail. We apologize for our ignorance, since this is a "bug" group, not a "help" group, but we also don't know of a "help" group for groff.
