I followed the instructions in INSTALL up to the point where it says to run cvsinit. Since I wanted to put the source repository in a directory where I do not have perms, I became root to run cvsinit. I then set $CVSROOT and tried to import the cvs source, but the perms in $CVSROOT were not set properly. How SHOULD they be set? -- Jason Merrill jason@jarthur.claremont.edu This is a self-referential .sig which is not particularly interesting.
