Sorry, not to answer your question directly, but --
An inofficial version of the POSIX Draft is available by anonymous ftp
from research.att.com, directory /netlib/posix. Currently, it holds
drafts of POSIX.0, POSIX.2, POSIX.2a, and POSIX.2b. (Ie, POSIX.1, the
API, is not there.)
European folks may want to fetch this files from
ftp.th-darmstadt.de [130.83.55.75], directory pub/docs/posix. It's
mirrored automatically, so it will be up-to-date.
